The Beer hunt: Back home in Utah, we had a tough time coming off our beer-traveling high of practically a brewery per day.
Luckily, we hadn’t tapped all of our nearby breweries. Time to check out Squatters (the name on the building reads “Salt Lake Brewing Co” but they go by “Squatters”) in downtown Salt Lake City. Cool facility (housed in the early 1900s-era Boston Hotel building), tastiest macaroni and cheese ever, and some of Utah’s best-loved brews on tap combined to make Squatters an exceptional craft brewery experience. We were back for more less than six months later. To commemorate our Squatters experiences, we bought two pint glasses (one with the Squatters logo and one with the Full Suspension Pale Ale logo, and a bar towel.
Not shown: Hefeweizen, Millcreek Cream Stout
